At Forom, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
